Taksan 10b-hidroksilaza (EC 1.14.13.76, taksanska 10b-hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom taksa-4(20),11-dien-5alfa-il acetat,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (10beta-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- taksa-4(20),11-dien-5alfa-il acetat + NADPH + H+ + O2 10beta-hidroksitaksa-4(20),11-dien-5alfa-il acetat + NADP+ +H2O
Ovaj mikrozomalni citohrom-P450-zavisni enzim učestvuje u biosinteza diterpenoidnog antineoplastičnog leka taksola (paklitaksela).
