Taksadien-5a-ol O-acetiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.162, acetil koenzim A:taksa-4(20),11(12)-dien-5alfa-ol O-acetil transferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:taksa-4(20),11-dien-5alfa-ol O-acetiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- acetil-KoA + taksa-4(20),11-dien-5alfa-ol KoA + taksa-4(20),11-dien-5alfa-il acetat
Ovo je treći enzim biosinteze diterpenoidnog antineoplastičnog leka taksola (paklitaksela).
