TRNK (pseudouridin54-N1)-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.257, TrmY, m1Psi metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tRNK (pseudouridin54-N1)-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

S-adenozil-L-metionin + pseudouridin54 u tRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + N1-metilpseudouridin54 u tRNK

Ovaj arhejski enzim je specifično metiliše pseudouridin u poziciji 54.
