Sve-trans-fitoen sintaza (EC 2.5.1.99, prefitoen-difosfat sintaza, fitoenska sintetaza, PSaza, geranilgeranil-difosfat geranilgeraniltransferaza, 15-trans-fitoenska sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranilgeranil-difosfat:geranilgeranil-difosfat geranilgeraniltransferaza (formira sve-trans-fitoen).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2 geranilgeranil difosfat sve-trans-fitoen + 2 difosfat (sveukupna reakcija)
- (1a) 2 geranilgeranil difosfat difosfat + prefitoen difosfat
- (1b) prefitoen difosfat sve-trans-fitoen + difosfat
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mn2+. Enzim iz bakterije Pantoea agglomerans formira sve-trans izomer fitoena.
