Sekologanin sintaza (EC 1.3.3.9, sekologaninska sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom loganin:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (otvaranje prstena).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- loganin + NADPH + H+ + O2 sekologanin + NADP+ + 2H2O
Ovaj enzim je hem-tiolatni protein (P-450). Sekologanin je prekurzor monoterpenoidnih indolnih alkaloida.
