Saharozna fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.24, saharoza 6-fosfatna hidrolaza, saharoza-fosfatna hidrolaza, saharoza-fosfatna fosfohidrolaza, saharoza-6-fosfataza, saharoza-6-fosfatna fosfataza, SPP) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom saharoza-6F-fosfat fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Za maksimalno dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mg2+.
