Renila-luciferin 2-monooksigenaza (EC 1.13.12.5, luciferaza Renilla tipa, aequorin, luciferaza (Renilla luciferin)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom Renilla-luciferin:kiseonik 2-oksidoreduktaza (dekarboksilacija).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Renilla luciferin + O2 oksidovani Renilla luciferin + CO2 + hnu
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz mekog korala Renilla reniformis.
