Rastvorna hinoproteinska glukozna dehidrogenaza (EC 1.1.99.35, rastvorna glukozna dehidrogenaza, sGDH, glukozna dehidrogenaza (PQQ-zavisna)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-glukoza:akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-glukoza + akceptor D-glukono-1,5-lakton + redukovani akceptor
Ovaj rastvorni periplazmični enzim sadrži PQQ prostetičku grupu, koja je vezana za jon kalcijuma. Elektronski akceptor nije poznat.
