rRNK (adenin-N6-)-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.48, ribozomalna ribonukleatna adeninska 6-metiltransferaza, gen ksgA metiltransferaza, ribonukleinska kiselina-adenin (N6) metilaza, ErmC 23S rRNK metiltransferaza, S-adenozil-L-metionin:rRNK (adenin-6-N-)-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:rRNK (adenin-N6-)-metiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + rRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + rRNK containing N6-metiladenin
Ovaj enzim takođe metiliše 2-aminoadenozin do 2-metilaminoadenozina.
