Proteazomska ATPaza (EC 3.6.4.8) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (degradacija polipeptida).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim pripada familiji AAA-tipa.
