Prolilna oligopeptidaza (EC 3.4.21.26, enzim postprolinskog odvajanja, prolinsko specifična endopeptidaza, postprolinska endopeptidaza, prolinska endopeptidaza, endoprolilpeptidaza, prolilna endopeptidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza -Pro- i u manjoj meri -Ala- u oligopeptidima
Ovaj enzim je prisutan u povrću i flavobakterijama.
