Pro-opiomelanokortinski konvertujući enzim (EC 3.4.23.17, prohormon konvertujući enzim, pro-opiomelanokortin-konvertujući enzim, proopiomelanokortinska proteinaza, PCE) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Odvajanje parova baznih ostataka u pojedinim prohormonima, bilo između njih, ili na karboksilnoj strani
Ovaj za membranu-vezani enzim je izolovan iz goveđe hipofize.
