Prenilcistein oksidaza (EC 1.8.3.5, prenilcisteinska lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-prenil-L-cistein:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-prenil-L-cistein + O2 +H2O prenal + L-cistein +H2O2
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD). On raskida tioetarsku vezu S-prenil-L-cisteina, kao što je S-farnezilcistein i S-geranilgeranilcistein.
