Prekorin-3B C17-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.131, prekorin-3 metiltransferaza, CobJ) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:prekorin-3B C17-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + prekorin-3B S-adenozil-L-homocistein + prekorin-4
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u aerobnom kobalaminskom biositetičkom putu.
