Adémar de Chabannes (ponekad i Adhémar de Chabannes; cca. 988 – 1034) bio je francuski redovnik, kompozitor i historičar, poznat po pisanju prvih anala u Akvitaniji od vremena kasne antike, ali i uspješnim književnim falsifikatima. Njegovo najvažnije djelo je Historia Francorum, koja opisuje historiju Franačke i Francuske od 814. do 1028.
Poznat je po nastojanju da Svetog Marcijala, kršćanskog misionara koji je djelovao u Galiji 3. vijeka učini apostolom, odnosno suvremenikom Isusa Krista. U tu je svrhu falsificirao niz dokumenata i isprava, uključujući apostolsku misu koja je kasnije postala važna za razvoj srednjovjekovne muzike.
