Dumbo je američki animirani film iz 1941. godine, koga je producirao Walt Disney i koji je primjerno prikazan 23. oktobra 1941. u distribuciji RKO Radio Pictures.

Radnja

Šablon:Spoiler Četvrti film u seriji Walt Disneyevih animiranih klasika, Dumbo se temelji na priči Helen Aberson i ilustracijama Harolda Pearla za prototip lutke ("Roll-a-Book").[1] Glavni lik je Jumbo Jr., polu-antropomorfni slon kome su dali podrugljiv nadimak "Dumbo". Ismijavaju ga zbog velikih ušijuju, ali je on zapravo sposoban letjeti pri čemu svoje uši koristi kao krila. Kroz cijeli film, njegov jedini prijatelj, osim majke je miš po imenu Timothy — što je odnos koji parodira stereotipno neprijateljstvo miševa i slonova.

Dumbo je napravljen kako bi pokrio financijske gubitke filma Fantasia. Napravljen je na jednostavan i ekonomičan način, te je sa 64 minuta trajanja jedan od najkraćih Disneyevih animiranih filmova.
