Jadi mladog Werthera (Die Leiden des jungen Werthers) je epistolarni i djelomično autobiografski roman Johanna Wolfganga von Goethea, prvi put objavljenn 1774; godine 1787 je bilo objavljeno revidirano izdanje. Werther je bio važan roman u periodu Sturm und Drang njemačke jknjiževnosti, te je također bitno uticao na budući romantičarski književni pokret.
Knjiga je od Goethea učinila jednu od prvih međunarodnih zvijezda u historiji književnosti. Sve do kraja njegovog života su mnogi mladići na putovanju kroz Evropu hodočastili u Weimar.
