Thutmose I (ponekad naveden kao Thutmosis ili Tuthmosis I što znači Thoth je rođen) bio je treći faraon 18. dinastije Egipta. Na prijesto je stupio nakon smrti prethodnog kralja Amenhtotepa I. Za vrijeme vladavine je vodio vojne pohode duboko u Levant i Nubiju, širivši granice Egipta dalje od svih svojih prethodnika. Također je sagradio mnoge hramove u Egiptu i iskopao grob u Dolini Kraljeva; on je prvi kralj koji je to učinio (iako je u tome mogao prethoditi Amenhotep I). Naslijedio ga je sin Thutmose II, koga je naslijedila kći njegove sestre, Hatshepsut. Njegova vladavina se obično datira u period između 1506. i 1493. pne.
