Piridoksal 5'-fosfatna sintaza (hidroliza glutamina) (EC 4.3.3.6, PdxST) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-riboza 5-fosfat,D-gliceraldehid 3-fosfat piridoksal 5'-fosfat-lijaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

D-riboza 5-fosfat + D-gliceraldehid 3-fosfat + L-glutamin piridoksal 5'-fosfat + L-glutamat + 3H2O + fosfat (sveukupna reakcija)
(1a) L-glutamin + H2O L-glutamat + NH3
(1b) D-riboza 5-fosfat + D-gliceraldehid 3-fosfat + NH3 piridoksal 5'-fosfat + 4H2O + fosfat

Amonijak obezbeđuje glutaminazna podjedinica.
