Peptidilna dipeptidaza Dcp (EC 3.4.15.5, dipeptidilna karboksipeptidaza (Dcp), dipeptidilna karboksipeptidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza neblokiranog, C-terminalnog dipeptida sa oligopeptida, sa širokom specifičnošću. Ne dolazi do hidrolize veza kod kojih P1' jeste Pro, ili su P1 i P1' Gly
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz Escherichia coli i Salmonella typhimurium.
