Peptidil-Asp metaloendopeptidaza (EC 3.4.24.33, endoproteinaza Asp-N, peptidilna-Asp metaloproteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje Xaa-Asp, Xaa-Glu i Xaa-cisteinsko kiselinskih veza
Ovaj metaloenzim je izolovan iz Pseudomonas fragi.
