Pektinska lijaza (EC 4.2.2.10, pectin trans-eliminaza, endo-pektin lijaza, polimetilgalacturonska transeliminaza, pectin metiltranseliminaza, pectolijaza, PL, PNL, PMGL) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1->4)-6-O-metil-alfa-D-galakturonan lijaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Eliminativno razlaganje (1->4)-alfa-D-galakturonan metil estra čime se formiraju oligosaharidi sa 4-dezoksi-6-O-metil-alfa-D-galakt-4-enuronozil grupama na njihovim neredukujućim krajevima
Ovaj enzim je reaktivniji na pektinu u odnosu na pectat.
