Pankreasna elastaza (EC 3.4.21.36, pankreatopeptidaza E, pankreasna elastaza I, elastaza, elaszim, serinska elastaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim se formira aktivacijom proelastaze iz pankreasa sisara tripsinom.
