Oksepin-KoA hidrolaza (EC 3.7.1.16, paaZ (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-oksepin-2(3H)-ilideneacetil-KoA hidrolijaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2-oksepin-2(3H)-ilideneacetil-KoA + H2O 3-okso-5,6-dehidrosuberil-KoA semialdehid
Enzim iz bakterije Escherichia coli je bifunkcionalan fuzioni protein.
