O-sukcinilbenzoat-KoA ligaza (EC 6.2.1.26, o-sukcinilbenzoil-koenzim A sintetaza, o-sukcinilbenzoat:KoA ligaza (formira AMP)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-sukcinilbenzoat:KoA ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
