Nukleotid difosfokinaza (EC 2.7.6.4, nukleotidna pirofosfokinaza, ATP:nukleotid pirofosfotransferaza, ATP nukleotidna 3'-pirofosfokinaza, nukleotidna 3'-pirofosfokinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:nukleozid-5'-fosfat difosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim deluje na 5'-mono-, di- i trifosfatne derivate purinskih nukleozida.
