Nisko-specifična L-treoninska aldolaza (EC 4.1.2.48, LtaE) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-treonin/L-allo-treonin acetaldehid-lijaza (formira glicin).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(1) L-treonin glicin + acetaldehid
(2) L-allo-treonin glicin + acetaldehid

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan piridoksal fosfat.
