Nikotinat dehidrogenaza (EC 1.17.1.5, nikotinsko kiselinska hidroksilaza, nikotinatna hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom nikotinat:NADP+ 6-oksidoreduktaza (hidroksilacija).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

nikotinat + H2O + NADP+ 6-hidroksinikotinat + NADPH + H+

Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein koji sadrži gvožđe nevezano za hem. Enzim ima sposobnost aktiviranja mnoštva nikotinatnih analoga u različitim merama.
