Naftalen 1,2-dioksigenaza (EC 1.14.12.12, naftalenska dioksigenaza, naftalenska oksigenaza, NDO) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom naftalen,NADH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (1,2-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- naftalen + NADH + H+ + O2 (1R,2S)-1,2-dihidronaftalen-1,2-diol + NAD+
Ovaj enzim je član familije dioksigenaza koji vrše hidroksilaciju prstena. Ovi bakterijski enzimi imaju kritičnu ulogu u degradaciji aromatičnih jedinjenja.
