NADPH:hinon reduktaza (EC 1.6.5.5, NADPH2:hinon reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom NADPH:hinon oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- NADPH + H+ + 2 hinon NADP+ + 2 semihinon
Ovaj enzim sadrži cink. On je specifičan za NADPH.
