N-sukcinilornitin karbamoiltransferaza (EC 2.1.3.11, sukcinilornitinska transkarbamilaza, N-sukcinil-L-ornitin transkarbamilaza, SOTCaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom karbamoil fosfat:N2-sukcinil-L-ornitin karbamoiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- karbamoil fosfat + N2-sukcinil-L-ornitin fosfat + N-sukcinil-L-citrulin
Ovaj enzim je specifičan za N-sukcinil-L-ornitin i ne može koristi L-ornitin ili N-acetil-L-ornitin.
