N-metil-L-aminokiselina oksidaza (EC 1.5.3.2, N-metilamino kiselinska oksidaza, demetilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-metil-L-aminokiselina:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (demetilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-metil-L-aminokiselina + H2O + O2 L-aminokiselina + formaldehid + H2O2
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein.
