Muramoiltetrapeptidna karboksipeptidaza (EC 3.4.17.13, karboksipeptidaza IIW, karboksipeptidaza II, lizil-D-alanin karboksipeptidaza, L-lizil-D-alanin karboksipeptidaza, LD-karboksipeptidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza veze: N-acetil-D-glukozaminil-N-acetilmuramoil-L-Ala-D-glutamil-6-karboksi-L-lizil-D-alanin
Variante su poznate za razne mikroorganizme.
