Mukonatna cikloizomeraza (EC 5.5.1.1, mukonat cikloizomeraza I, cis,cis-mukonat-laktonizing enzim, cis,cis-mukonat cikloizomeraza, mukonat laktonizing enzim, 4-karboksimetil-4-hidroksiizokrotonolakton lijaza (deciklizacija), CatB, MCI) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2,5-dihidro-5-oksofuran-2-acetat lijaza (deciklizacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2,5-dihidro-5-oksofuran-2-acetat cis,cis-heksadienedioat
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mn2+.
