Mikolizin (EC 3.4.24.31, pronazna komponenta, Streptomyces griseus neutralna proteinaza, aktinaza E, SGNPI) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno razlaganje veza sa hidrofobnim ostatacima u P1'
Ovaj enzim je prisutan u bakterijama Streptomyces griseus, S. naraensis, i S. cacaoi.
