Metionin-S-oksid reduktaza (EC 1.8.4.5, metil sulfoksidna reduktaza I i II, acetilmetionin sulfoksidna reduktaza, metionin sulfoksidna reduktaza, L-metionin:oksidovani-tioredoksin S-oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-metionin:tioredoksin-disulfid S-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-metionin + tioredoksin disulfid + H2O L-metionin S-oksid + tioredoksin
U reverznoj reakciji, ditiotreitol može da zameni redukovani tioredoksin.
