Metilornitinska sintaza (EC 5.4.99.58, PylB) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-lizin karboksi-aminometilmutaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-lizin (3R)-3-metil-D-ornitin
Ovaj enzim je član superfamilije S-adenozil-L-metionin-zavisnih radikalskih enzima.
