Manozil-oligosaharidna glukozidaza (EC 3.2.1.106, Glc3Man9NAc2 oligosaharidna glukozidaza, podrezujuća glukozidaza I) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom manozil-oligosaharid glukohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- eksohidroliza neredukujućih terminalnih glukoznih ostataka u manozil-oligosaharidu Glc3Man9GlcNAc2
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje u manjoj meri na korespondirajuće glikolipide i glikopeptide.
