Manoza-6-fosfatna izomeraza (EC 5.3.1.8, fosfomanozna izomeraza, fosfoheksomutaza, fosfoheksoizomeraza, manoza fosfat izomeraza, fosfomanoizomeraza, D-manoza-6-fosfat ketol-izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-manoza-6-fosfat aldoza-ketoza-izomeraza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
