Mananska endo-1,6-ando-manozidaza (EC 3.2.1.101, ekso-1,6-beta-mananaza, endo-alfa-1->6-D-mananaza, endo-1,6-beta-mananaza, manan endo-1,6-beta-manozidaza, 1,6-alfa-D-manan mananohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 6-alfa-D-manan mananohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
