Makrocin O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.101, makrocinska metiltransferaza, S-adenozil-L-metionin-makrocinska O-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:makrocin 3'-O-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
3-hidroksi grupa 2-O-metil-6-dezoksi-D-aloznog ostatka u makrolidnom antibiotiku makrozinu deluje kao metil akceptor. Ovaj enzim takođe konvertuje laktenozin u desmikocin.
