Lozilna endopeptidaza (EC 3.4.21.50, Achromobacter proteinaza I, Achromobacter lyticus alkalna proteinaza I, proteaza I, ahromopeptidaza, proteinaza specifična za lizilnu vezu) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno razlaganje: Lys-, uključujući -Lys-Pro-
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz Achromobacter lyticus.
