Linolenat 9R-lipoksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.61, NspLOX, (9R)-LOX, linoleatna 9R-dioksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa-linolenat:kiseonik (9R)-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- alfa-linolenat + O2 (9R,10E,12Z,15Z)-9-hidroperoksioktadeka-10,12,15-trienoat
Kod cijanobakterija ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi oksilipina. Enzim takođe konvertuje linoleat do (9R,10E,12Z)-9-hidroperoksioktadeka-10,12-dienoata.
