Lijaza fotoprodukta spora (EC 4.1.99.14, SAM, SP lijaza, SPL, SplB, SplG) je enzim koji popravlja posebnu vrstu oštećenja formiranih UV ozračenjem bakterijske DNK. Ovaj mehanizam popravke je jedan od razloga za otpornot pojedinih bakterijskih spora. Ovaj enzim je zavistan od radikala SAM. Putem serije reakcija radikala fotodimer, 3 5-timinil-5,6-dihidrotimin, se razlaže u dva funkcionalna prstena timina.[1][2]
