L-pipekolat oksidaza (EC 1.5.3.7, pipekolatna oksidaza, L-pipekolna kiselina oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-pipekolat:kiseonik 1,6-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-pipekolat + O2 (S)-2,3,4,5-tetrahidropiridin-2-karboksilat + H2O2
Produkt reaguje sa vodom i formira (S)-2-amino-6-oksoheksanoat.
