Krotonoil-(acil-nosilac-protein) hidrataza (EC 4.2.1.58, (3R)-3-hidroksibutanoil-(acil-nosilac-protein) hidrolijaza, beta-hidroksibutiril acil nosilac protein (ACP) dehidraza, beta-hidroksibutiril acil nosilac protein dehidraza, enoil acil nosilac protein hidraza, krotonil acil nosilac protein hidrataza, 3-hidroksibutiril acil nosilac protein dehidrataza, beta-hidroksibutiril acil nosilac, proteinska dehidraza, (3R)-3-hidroksibutanoil-(acil-nosilac-protein) hidrolijaza (formira but-2-enoil-(acil-nosilac protein))) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (3R)-3-hidroksibutanoil-(acil-nosilac protein) hidrolijaza (formira but-2-enoil-(acil-nosilac protein)).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (3R)-3-hidroksibutanoil-[acil-nosilac protein] but-2-enoil-[acil-nosilac protein] + H2O
Ovaj enzim je specifičan kratkolančane 3-hidroksiacil-[acil-nosilac protein] derivate (C4 do C8).
