Koagulacioni faktor XIIa (EC 3.4.21.38, Hagemanov faktor (aktiviran), krvno-koagulacioni faktor XIIf, aktivirani beta krvno-koagulacioni faktor XII, prealbuminski aktivator, Hagemanov faktor beta-fragment, Hagemanov faktor fragment HFf, krvno-koagulacioni faktor XIIabeta, prekalikreinski aktivator, kalikreinogenski aktivator) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Selectivno razlaganje Arg-Ile veza u faktoru VII čime se formira faktor VIIa, i faktora XI čime se formira faktor XIa
Ovaj enzim takođe aktivira plazminogen i prokalikrein plazme.
