Kinureninaza (EC 3.7.1.3) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-kinurenin hidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-kinurenin + H2O antranilat + L-alanin
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
