Katepsin T (EC 3.4.22.24, Cathepsin T) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Interkonverzija tri forme tirozinskih aminotransferaza, EC 2.6.1.5
Ovaj enzim degradira azokazein i denaturisani hemoglobin.
