K+ transportujuća ATPaza (EC 3.6.3.12, K+-translocirajuća Kdp-ATPaza, multi-podjedinična K+-transportna ATPaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (K+ import).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova P-tip ATPaza podleže kovalentnoj fosforilaciji tokom transportnog ciklusa.
